It’s a good feeling when a long day has been productive. Didn’t start out great as I woke up fairly early for a Saturday (8:45am); though, that is kind of turning into the norm. Also, I prepared breakfast in the complete wrong order, which was kind of dumb. After that things looked up. I was able to pick up most everything on my shopping list, Fixed my Dad’s disconnected car speaker (somehow the wire had moved to where it was in the way of the window when put down), Installed an adapter in his truck to be able to plug in an MP3 player (or anything with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack), and have HandBrake working on converting my Star Trek: Enterprise collection so I can put them on my external HDD connected to my PS3 (it’s more to protect the discs than anything).

On a somewhat unrelated topic while shopping I noticed Nathan’s Hot Dog’s have a ‘Natural Casing’ variety now (or they have and the Von’s shopping center’s in our area have just never carried them until now). I love natural casing hot dogs; the snap you get as you bite into it and the extra burst of flavor is truly what makes them superior (at least in my opinion). Needless to say, I enjoyed two of them for dinner along with some Tater-Tots. While not the most ‘complete’ meal I had my weekly quota of green leafy stuff with a couple of salad’s earlier in the week

I’m looking forward to tomorrow, a nice relaxing day of almost doing nothing. The only thing really on my agenda is to spend a couple hours troubleshooting my car stereo. I have one speaker that seems to be rattling; though, it could be something else. Anyway, it’s been one hell of a busy week for me so I’m happy to have had a productive and relatively relaxing start to my weekend.
